   Buying a home can be sometimes seem like an overwhelming task. You want to make sure that you are making the right decisions about area, type of home, mortgage terms and all the other details.

   Many people today believe that with the Internet and open houses they can find their "dream home" on their own... taking a chance on one of their most important, if not "the most important" purchase of their life.

   You may find that home on an open house, but in a fast paced market, it may be sold by the time you find out about it.

   Come in to our office and let us know what your needs and requirements are. We will then review the following:
   Sample sheet of picture listings of all potential homes in your price range and potential areas or neighbourhoods;
    Discuss the Agency process and make a decision.
    Assist you with pre-approval for financing (if not already done).
    If you decide on a client agency relationship, then?

We will e-mail details and pictures of any new listings... and as new homes "hit the hot sheets" the Homes that might meet your needs will be sent to you.

   You then may have time to view homes in advance of open houses or offers. When you find "the right one" we will review comparable sold homes, the offer process etc. and we will negotiate on your behalf.
